With her degree in Mass Communications, Isagail excels in digital marketing. Overlock Digital started after a chance introduction to Alicia, and from the beginning, Isagail has always had one goal: to make sure clients are well informed and confident that their needs are being met. Isagail has seen how easily smaller clients can be left in the dark once a contract is signed, done, and dusted. At Overlock Digital, she oversees operations, quality control, and client relationships, making sure every project delivers real value.

Alicia has worked as a freelance copywriter for 5 years prior to starting Overlock Digital. Her experience has taught her that a symbiotic relationship with clients is paramount - digital agencies should not treat their contract as a zero-sum game. Overlock Digital was started because, frankly, Alicia saw what they were up against and decided that if she assembled a crack team, she could do what her competitors do, so much better.
